Miami Florida Mango Festival

Miami Florida:  Mango Festival at the Fairchild Tropical Garden

The festival has arrived!  This is one that I wait for anxiously.  There are mango tastings, mango recipes, mango auctions and mangos and mango trees for sale.

Chef Allen will be there and many other interesting people, chefs and tasters like me!

Arrive early. Fairchild Tropical Garden opens at 9:3am.

The Garden gets packed.  Parking can be pretty complicated.

I went there this morning and was overwhelmed with the amount of cars.  I stayed focus on my task:  To buy exotic mangos!  I got some and left.  Will probably go back tomorrow morning!

The Fairchild Tropical Garden is a very beautiful part of Miami surrounded by large residences with beautiful gardens.

The fabulous gated communities such as Coco Plum and Gables by the Sea are nearby.
